Strawberry Almond Flour Waffles

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—my strawberry almond flour waffles are the kind of feel-good breakfast that makes you want to linger at the table 🍓 Made with all-natural, gluten-free ingredients, they’re clean, nourishing, and genuinely fun to make, whether it’s a slow weekend morning or a weekday treat. Simple, wholesome, and made to love you back.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup strawberry almond flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp Monk fruit or desired sweetener

1 tbsp of Greek yogurt

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup almond milk

¼ tsp of cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

Strawberry Flavored Frosting

 

Directions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract and almond milk.

2. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar until thoroughly combined.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until the batter comes together. Don't overmix!

4. Heat a greased waffle iron and cook according to the waffle maker's instructions. If using a mini maker, 2-4 minutes.

5. Keep going until all your batter is gone!

6. Pipe over the top with your flavored strawberry frosting. Add some sliced strawberry for presentation.
