2 cups of coconut almond flour
2 Tablespoon of tapioca flour
½ teaspoon of baking powder
ÂĽÂ teaspoon salt
ÂĽ cup Monk fruit
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
ÂĽ cup of diced apples
ÂĽ cup of apple cider
2 Tablespoons of shredded unsweetened coconut
ÂĽ teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 Tablespoons of Monk fruit for dipping

Instructions
1. Whisk your almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Then whisk your Monk fruit, eggs, Monk fruit, cinnamon, diced apples, apple cider, coconut and shreds until well combined. Combine your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. Chill for 2 hours.
2. Preheat your oven at 350°F.
3. Scoop in your silicone or prepared donut pan.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Prepare your cinnamon and Monk fruit for dipping. Dip each donut before it is totally cool. Â
