Strawberry Almond Flour Donuts

These strawberry almond flour donuts look indulgent but they're actually working for your body, not against you. Soft, naturally sweet, and made with my strawberry almond flour, these baked strawberry donuts are packed with real ingredients you can feel good about. 2 cups strawberry almond flour
3 tbsp of powdered Monk fruit
¼ tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 container of my Flavored Strawberry Frosting
Sprinkles are optional for the top
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the strawberry almond flour, sugar substitute, xanthan gum, and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, mix well the yogurt, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet to dry ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes
5. Fill the sections of a well-greased donut baking pan or silicone evenly with the batter.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Let the donuts cool.
7. Dip the top of each donut into the strawberry frosting, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Add sprinkles if you desire.
8. Place the baking sheet into the freezer for several minutes to set before serving.
