1/2 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup cream cheese
1/4 cup coconut sugar coconut sugar or Monk fruit
1 large egg yolk
1 /2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Strawberry Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup of strawberry preserves
Frosting

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl cream together yogurt, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy
Mix in egg yolk, vanilla extract until smooth
Add the flour and salt and mix
Mix the wet into the dry ingredients
Place the bowl in the fridge to set for about 15 minutes
Take the bowl out of fridge and scoop 1 tablespoon sized balls and add to baking sheet and form into ball
Press a round teaspoon in the center (I grease it) and create an indent where the preserve will go
Fill each with about 1/2 teaspoon preserves or until full
Bake in oven for about 20-22 minutes or until edges are just about golden
Allow the cookies to cool completely
Once cookies cool, drizzle your yummy Strawberry frosting
