½ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup of monk fruit or your sugar of choice
1 egg
2 1/2 cups of Lemon Almond Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 zest from an orange
6 oz of cream cheese (soft – microwave for 30 seconds)
1 cup of freshly chopped cranberries
Directions
Cream yogurt and sugar, then add the egg and orange zest.
Mix your Lemon Almond Flour and baking powder.
Add your mixtures together and mix well. Fold in your cranberries and then swirl in your cream cheeses.
Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Scoop into small bites.
Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes.
