Coconut Almond Flour Apple Cinnamon Crumble Bars (Gluten-Free, No Added Sugar, Keto-Friendly)!
My Coconut Apple Cinnamon Crumble Bars combine cozy fall apples, warm cinnamon, and my delicious coconut flavored almond flour. Made with natural ingredients and no added sugar, these bars bring the comfort of fall baking into a healthier treat!

2 cups of coconut flavored almond flour
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
½ teaspoon of baking powder
ÂĽ teaspoon salt
ÂĽ cup melted coconut oil
ÂĽ cup monk fruit
1 egg

Whisk the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Then in another bowl, whisk the monk fruit, oil, and egg. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Press in a 9 x 9 baking dish or silicone. Chill for 1 hour.

Filling
Small diced apple amount of your choice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
ÂĽ cup monk fruit
1 teaspoon tapioca flour for thickening

Stir on stove at medium until thick and soft. When cooled a bit, pour on top of your crust and spread evenly.
Crumble
½ cup coconut flavored almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of monk fruit
Combine all your ingredients. Add to your above mixture on top spreading evenly.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes.
