Banana Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

Soft, chewy, and naturally sweet. My banana almond flour peanut butter cookies are the kind of treat you can feel good about — simple ingredients, big flavor, and zero guilt. 🥜 Made with wholesome goodness in every bite, they’re perfect for anyone craving a clean, cozy bake that loves you back.

Ingredients

2 cups Banana Almond Flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more for sprinkling

¼ cup peanut butter – I like PB Fit No Sugar Added

1 cup coconut sugar or Monk fruit

1 eggs

¼ cup Greek yogurt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup of dark chocolate chips (I like Lily’s) Optional

 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper. 

2. Mix your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, well. Then your wet ingredients: yogurt, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

3. Pour your wet ingredient into your dry and mix well.

4. Fold in the optional chocolate chips and chill for 30 minutes.

5. Scoop into balls and transfer cookies onto the prepared baking and place them 2-inches apart from one another on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten slightly with back of a hand or spatula. Optional, sprinkle with sea salt.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 -17 minutes or until they spread slightly and turn golden brown.

7. Let them cool.
