Baked with love and made to nourish 💛 Mye banana almond flour heart cookies are gluten-free, all-natural, and made with simple ingredients that are truly good for you. Soft, naturally sweet, and perfect for anyone supporting an autoimmune-friendly lifestyle, including MS—because wholesome treats can still feel like a little hug.

2 ½ cup Banana Almond Flour
1/3 cup Agave or Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tbs of Water
1 tsp of Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
Filling
Chocolate Chips (I like Lily’s)
Strawberry Preserves
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix your dough: In a bowl, combine your Banana Almond Flour, baking powder, water, and salt. Next, mix in a separate bowl your syrup or agave and vanilla extract. Mix your wet ingredients into your dry. Place it in refrigerator covered for 30 minutes.
3. Shape the cookies: Roll the dough into balls and flatten slightly. Use the back end of a fork to create the heart indent in the center of each one. You want to make sure it’s hallowed enough to be able to add jam or chocolate. You can smooth out the edges if you want so they come out looking smooth.
5. Then fill them with either chocolate chips or preserves! Careful not to over fill them.
6. Bake: Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet. Decorate if you want for fun or drizzle with Banana Flavored Frosting.
Enjoy!
