Looking for a fall treat that wonāt derail your healthy goals? ššĀ I started creating desserts differently because I wanted to enjoy sweets without all the sugar and refined flour. These Cocoa Almond Flour Pumpkin Cake Balls are gluten-free, keto-friendly, sugar-free, and low net carbs! š«š Would you try one this fall?

1Ā cupĀ pumpkin puree
3Ā tbspĀ agave or pure maple syrupĀ (use sugar-free maple syrup for Keto or ChocZero honey)
1/2Ā tspĀ allspice or pumpkin spice
¼ tsp kosher salt
2 ½ cups cocoa almond flour
1/4Ā cupĀ white or dark chocolate chipsĀ use dairy-free ā I like Lilyās
Instructions
1. With a mixing bowl, whisk, pumpkin puree, sweetener of choice, allspice, and salt. Mix well.Ā
2. Add almond flour. Mix well. The batter will be wet and moist.Ā Fold in your white or dark chocolate chips.
3. Grab the mixture with a tablespoon and form into balls with your palms. Using a small cookie scooper will ensure each ball will be the same size every time.Ā
4. Enjoy just like that or roll in a healthy granola. I like my version of Coconut Clusters which contain dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds, ChocZero Honey, and quinoa. Smash into granola chunks (small).
