Makes 1 serving (double recipe for two)

Ingredients - Dry

  • 6 tablespoons Cocoa Almond Flour

  • 2 tablespoons oat flour

  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons Lily’s dark chocolate chips

Wet

  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk – almond or coconut

  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon apple sauce

  • 3 tablespoons brown monk fruit or coconut sugar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions

In a microwave safe mug – 12 oz, whisk all the dry ingredients together (only add 1 tablespoon of the chocolate chips)

Then, add all your wet ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Top the rest of your chocolate chips.

Place it in your microwave for 90-120 seconds. Remember to watch as all microwaves have different strengths. Start at 90 seconds and work your way up. I like mine at 120 seconds. 

Remove the mug and let it stand for 5 minutes to cool.

Add whipped cream if desired.
