These chocolate almond flour pancakes are a rich, gluten-free twist on a breakfast classic. Made with wholesome ingredients and naturally sweetened, they're fluffy, decadent, and perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings—morning or anytime.

1 cup chocolate almond flour
¼ cup water
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon agave
¼ teaspoon salt
Fruit choice (I like raspberries) or Lily’s chocolate chips or pour over a small amount of your agave to top it all off
1 teaspoon oil, or as needed - I like Avocado or Coconut
Directions
Gather all ingredients.
Whisk almond flour, water, eggs, agave, and salt together in a large bowl until smooth.
Heat oil on a griddle over medium heat. Drop batter with a large spoonful onto the griddle.
Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook until bottoms are browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add your favorite fruit choice or Lily’s chocolate chips. Sprinkle on top however many you want. Pour 1 tsp of agave over your pancake.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve and enjoy!
Yummy!
