Are you looking to satisfy your sweet tooth while still staying true to your health goals? Look no further than these delightful almond flour strawberry fritters and frosting from my very own Almond Flavored Flours and Frostings.

Almond Flour Strawberry Fritters Recipe
½ cup of coconut oil
1 cup of organic diced strawberries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour – I like strawberry flavored almond flour from my Favored Flours & Frosting
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup agave
1/3 cup non-dairy milk
1 egg
Strawberry Glaze or Frosting
I use Strawberry flavored frosting from FlavoredFlours&Frostings.com
(Strawberry Fritters)
1. Dice your strawberries and mix in your cinnamon and vanilla.
2. Stir together flour, salt, and baking power. Mix together milk, agave, and egg, then lightly stir into dry ingredients. Mix in strawberry pieces.
Add your coconut oil into a medium frying pan. Heat over medium. When the oil is hot, add about ¼ cup of batter in small circles to make fritters. Cook on each side for about 3 minutes. Remove from pan and place on parchment paper for cooling. This batch should make around 4-6 fritters.
Glaze or Frosting
I use strawberry flavored yogurt-based frosting from Favored Flours & Frostings. Drizzle as much as you over the top.
