Ingredients
2 ¼ cups Banana Almond Flour
1 cup monk fruit
2 over ripen bananas – mashed
½ cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups of Lily’s dark chocolate
½ cup Banana Frosting
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a large bowl.
2. Mix at low speed until blended, and then on high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in your chocolate chips.
4. Pour into sprayed (or greased/floured) bundt pan.
5. Bake 40-50 mins at 350ºF.
6. Let cake cool for a few minutes and loosen edges with a knife before tipping cake out of the pan.
7. Drizzle melted for 30 seconds in microwave your Banana Frosting
